Entre el teclado y la silla...
En mi primera experiencia en un departamento de planificación de la producción, teníamos un sistema que regularmente fallaba en la emisión de informes para la producción, problemas que se superaban por la asistencia del programador de este, el cual una vez solucionado informaba que el problema se originaba entre el TECLADO Y LA SILLA.
Ha esto se refería cuando que ría decir que el problema estaba en quién operaba los sistemas lo cual no era un error.
En muchos ocasiones escucharemos como se responsabiliza por los malos resultados de un periodo de gestión a un problema en los sistemas implementados y que si estos no "funcionaran mal" todo habría resultado como se quería, pero es fácil darse cuenta de que los responsables de la productividad de un sistema no es el mismo sistema, sino de quién lo opera.
En más de una oportunidad alguno de ustedes habrá intentado utilizar el MS Paint, en donde hemos dicho que el software es realmente limitado para el diseño de imágenes.
